JOHN GILES / PRESIDENT

John Giles is The President and Owner of Round 2 POS, a new technology company in Butler, PA.  After graduating from Butler High School, he attended the School of Computer Technology in Pittsburgh, PA, and has gone on to be an entrepreneur in the Butler, PA area.

He is responsible for creating the award-winning point-of-sale software Future POS and building it into a top 5 restaurant software, which he then sold to Shift 4 Payments in 2017. His latest passion is to create a point-of-sale and payments technology legacy in the Butler community by creating a new software company with the ambition to once again become a top product. The goal of this new company will be to grow to service the entire United States from Butler. To that end, Round 2 POS plans to break ground on a state-of-the-art facility in the next couple of years on a 66-acre wooded parcel that will serve as the company’s headquarters.

John has won numerous national accolades and is also the recipient locally of the William A. Morgan Jr. Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2014.

JOHN DELUGA / VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

John Deluga is Vice President of Sales at Round 2 POS and has an extensive background in merchant services and point of sale systems.  John was the Director of Business Development for a large processing ISO (Independent Sales Organization) Electronic Merchant Systems (EMS).   He led a team that specialized in building bank and financial partnerships, relationships with software integrators, and other business development activities.  John also played a key role in integrating processing accounts with point-of-sale systems and the acquisition of a POS company.

Previously, John worked in the hospitality point-of-sale industry.  John managed a sales team with five

district offices in Ohio and Michigan for Matrix Proven POS.  He was a member of the hosted solutions team at Radiant Systems and has experience selling both Micros and Aloha point-of-sale systems. He credits his early career in the hospitality industry for his success.  John was a manager with Marriott hotels after graduation from Ohio University.

JORDAN LUMLEY / CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Jordan Lumley is the Chief Technology Officer at Round 2 POS and oversees all technology and development. The CTO, in collaboration with business and technology leaders across the company, brings forth emerging technologies, concepts, prototypes, and solutions to innovate the company. He strives to move the business towards producing reliable and modern consumer-facing software.

 

Jordan also mentors and teaches the development teams to enforce industry standards and internal growth backed by a decade of knowledge and experience. Prior to joining, he worked in a variety of leadership roles in other payment and e-comm companies including GNC and Future POS. Jordan began his career as a self-taught Junior Developer - an ever-curious student of technology and development. Jordan is a member of multiple open-source community-based projects where he actively spends his free time keeping up with the latest cutting-edge technologies and programs.

JIM LUFFY / CONTROLLER

As Controller for Round 2 POS, Jim Luffy is responsible for all corporate accounting, financial reporting and Human Resources activities.  His career spans more than 25 years of extensive experience in financial management and business leadership.

Previously, Jim held senior management positions with several large sales and service companies in both the technology and retail industries.  Jim served as a key member of the executive teams, developing long-term corporate visions and strategic initiatives.  He has mergers and acquisitions expertise in the United States and Canada and is successful in scaling rapidly growing organizations.  Through building bank relationships, working with private equity firms, and maximizing internal cash flows, Jim managed all corporate cash requirements.  Jim’s built and led teams responsible for establishing and enhancing workflow processes and efficiencies.

Jim has been acknowledged for developing employees and collaborating with peers.  He strives to create a positive workplace culture and continually seeks to improve employee engagement. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration and passed the CPA exam.
