Technician’s mileage is calculated automatically by trip and can be exported to payroll. Pending installs and service calls are all managed in a “task list” that is easily accessible for management.
Managers have a full overview of where their employees are at any given time. Things like downstream residuals are calculated directly from First Data’s reporting, presented to management for approval, and then transferred to the appropriate bank accounts via ACH.
